Return and refund policy
Our return policy for custom printed maps is designed to ensure your satisfaction with the highly customized product we provide. Given the personalized nature of our maps, returns are limited to cases involving defects in the product. You have 30 days from the date you receive your custom printed map to request a return in the event of a defect.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your custom printed map must have a defect in printing or materials. The item must also be in the condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
How to Request a Return
Should you need to return a defective custom printed map, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Upon your return request, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your map for return. Please do not send your map back without first requesting a return, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package back to us.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your custom printed map, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects or if the item is damaged, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the customized nature of our maps, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects. Custom printed maps designed to your specifications cannot be restocked or resold, hence the limitation on returns.
Exchanges
Given the personalized production of our maps, exchanges are treated the same as returns. If you wish to replace a defective map, please initiate a return for the defective item and place a new order for your map.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This applies only if the product is defective, as our custom printed maps are made to order based on your specifications.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned map, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement can vary.
